Dr. Manning received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his internship and residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York and a fellowship in Body Imaging/Computed Tomography (CT) and Ultrasound at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York.

Sheldon M. Robbins, M.D.
Dr. Robbins is board-certified in diagnostic radiology. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Michigan State University, Dr. Robbins attended the University of Torino School of Medicine and Surgery and graduated with his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his internship at St. Francis Hospital Medical Center, his radiology residency at Emory University Hospital, and completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center. He was a staff radiologist at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, Massachusetts before joining Ocean Radiology Asssociates in 1993.
